Who controls the data

The data controller is Dmitriy Nalobin, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Armenia and based in Yerevan. Questions and requests concerning personal data can be sent to dnalobin1998@gmail.com.

What data is processed

Only information needed to understand and respond to a project inquiry is collected.

• Name and preferred contact details
• Company or product name, if provided
• Selected project type, stage, engagement format, cloud preference and timeframe
• Optional project context
• Source page and UTM parameters, when present in the link
• Technical request data processed by Cloudflare for site delivery and security

Why the data is used

The data is used to reply to the inquiry, clarify the project, prepare a proposal or take requested steps before entering into a contract. Technical request data may also be processed to keep the site secure and available.

The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before a contract.

How inquiries are handled

The form is sent over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Worker and relayed through the Telegram Bot API to a private Telegram chat. The website does not create a separate database of inquiries.

No advertising trackers or dedicated visitor analytics are used.

Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting and security, while Telegram is used to deliver the inquiry. These providers may process data in countries other than your own under their respective terms and privacy policies.

Personal data is not sold or shared for advertising.

How long data is kept

Inquiry messages are deleted when they are no longer needed and normally no later than 12 months after submission. Relevant information may be kept longer when required for a contract, accounting, a legal obligation or a dispute.

Technical logs are retained by Cloudflare according to its own retention rules.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.

Requests can be sent to dnalobin1998@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Armenia or another competent supervisory authority.

Required fields and automated decisions

A name, contact details, project type and acceptance of this policy are required to send the form. Company information and useful context are optional.

The submitted data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
