Systems built for real business workflows

01

Aviation · RUSCAMP

Aircraft maintenance platform in full operational use at RusJet

The RUSCAMP backend was designed and built to track aircraft utilization and maintenance. The platform is now in full operational use at RusJet.

OUTCOME

Flight managers, warehouse specialists and engineers use one system for maintenance, aircraft utilization and inventory.

  • Maintenance programs, flight hours and cycles, and due-date forecasting
  • Life-limited components, defects, AD/SB, and work packages
  • Inventory movements, part issuance, and material requirements
  • Roles, documents, analytical reports, and operational workflows

Team collaboration · visual editors

A visual editor for real-time team collaboration

Two related products combined visual editing, files and projects, team and organization management, permissions, and real-time collaboration—from the interface to backend services and infrastructure.

OUTCOME

Teams gained a shared workspace for creating visual content, organizing files, and editing together in real time.

  • Visual editing, comments, and real-time co-editing
  • Teams, organizations, roles, permissions, and plans
  • Files, previews, object storage, and Figma imports
  • Efficient, reliable communication between services over gRPC

High-load system · confidential product

A visual scenario engine handling a sustained load of 60–100k requests per minute

Analysts built automated user workflows in a visual editor. Incoming events started the relevant scenario, updated user state, and triggered configured actions without custom development for each flow.

OUTCOME

The visual builder let analysts change business rules without a full development cycle, while the backend executed scenarios continuously under high load.

  • Conditions, filters, loops, actions, and webhooks
  • Event-driven starts, state transitions, and scheduled scenario resumes
  • Bonuses, notifications, and external integrations
  • A sustained load of 60–100k requests per minute, not a one-off test peak

04

Manufacturing · Unica

A kitchen ordering system from 3D configuration to production and delivery

A single system connected the customer-facing 3D configurator, designer approval, production preparation, controller data, and order progress.

OUTCOME

One digital workflow covered the full order journey, from initial configuration through production and delivery.

  • Touchscreen terminal with modular 3D kitchen configuration
  • Designer consultation, approval, and revision handling
  • Automatic cutting plans and engineering drawings for the factory
  • Controller telemetry for tracking machine runtime and forecasting production time
  • Customer project link, specialist chat, delivery details, and assembly status

IoT · startup

A smart-home platform connecting cloud services, a controller, and physical devices

Belka connected a cloud backend, home controllers, device data, and automation scenarios. The product was developed by an eight-person technical team.

OUTCOME

In 2018, the project was named one of five promising Russian IoT startups. At that stage, the cloud platform, controller software, and devices already operated as one integrated system.

  • Node.js and PostgreSQL backend for users, controllers and analytics
  • Secure remote connectivity and automation scenario execution
  • Raspberry Pi controller software and device integrations
  • Eight-person technical team and investor communications

Experience

Nine years of backend engineering and product architecture

Experience since 2017 includes backend engineering, product launches, team leadership, and systems operating under sustained load. Across these projects, the focus has been on software that users can rely on and teams can maintain.

Working terms

Fixed-scope projects or hourly engagement. Contracts and invoices are issued through a registered sole proprietorship in Armenia; payment is accepted in USD or EUR, with remote collaboration in English or Russian.

  1. Software at the intersection of applications and connected devices
  2. Belka: an IoT startup and an eight-person technical team
  3. Unica: customer systems for manufacturing and sales
  4. Systems operating under sustained high load
  5. RUSCAMP: aviation software in full operational use
  6. Backend architecture for real-time collaboration products

What teams get

01

Direct communication

Architecture decisions are discussed with the engineer responsible for implementation.

02

Product context

Experience with product launches keeps technical decisions aligned with timelines, budgets, and business goals.

03

Operational readiness

Security, deployments, monitoring, and recovery are considered from the start.

04

Team handover

Documentation and clear operational processes let the team maintain the system without depending on one specialist.
